Where and when will Online Conference be held?

The Online Conference will be held online between Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October 2026.

What if I can't join a live presentation?

All online sessions will be available as a recording, unless otherwise specified on the program. Recordings will be made available within 24 hours of the live presentation end time and will be available on the Online Conference Portal until midnight AEDT on Sunday 31 January 2027.


How do I access Online Conference sessions?

All registered attendees will be sent log in details for the Online Conference Portal on Thursday 15 October 2026. The portal will be where you can access live presentations, recordings of live

presentations and networking sessions.


What technology do I require to participate in the Online Conference?

You will need to have access to the following to participate in the Online Conference:

  • The internet
  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browser (recommended)
  • Laptop or Computer

You will be sent further information about what you will need to do to access the online conference sessions on Thursday 15 October 2026.


Internet tips and tricks

If you are having issues with your internet connection while using the Online Conference Portal, please try the following:

  • Make sure you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
  • Close down other internet pages you have open
  • Make sure other members of your household are not streaming while you are attending the Online Conference

What time zone is the online conference being held in?

The times on the website program are in AEDT time (ACT/NSW/VIC/TAS). The Online Conference Portal will be updated to the time zone you choose upon login.


How do I access recorded presentations?

All registered attendees will be sent log in details for the Online Conference Portal on

Thursday 15 October 2026. Recordings will be uploaded to the portal within 24 hours of the live session. Please locate the session you would like to view on the timeline in the Online Conference Portal, and click 'Play' to view the recording.


How can I ask questions during this conference?

There will be time allocated in each live presentation for Q&A. Please type your questions in the live Q&A box in the Online Conference Portal during the presentation. The Q&A box will be located to the right hand side of the video stream.


If the presentation is recorded, content-related questions can be sent through to

events@audiology.asn.au.


How do I obtain a certificate of attendance for my participation in the Audiology Australia Online Conference 2026?

All non-member delegates will be sent a certificate of attendance after 31 January 2027. If you are an Audiology Australia member or a student and would like a certificate of attendance, please email events@audiology.asn.au to request this. Please note, to be eligible to receive a certificate of attendance, all members and non-members will be required to complete a quiz or reflection after completing the conference sessions.
